These terms govern your use of Fold, operated by Nordimark Consultancy – FZCO (IFZA Business Park, DDP, Dubai Silicon Oasis, PO Box 342001, Dubai, United Arab Emirates; TRN 105073180900003). By creating an account, you agree to them.
The service
Fold lets hosts create digital guidebooks for their rentals and share them with guests, including AI-assisted writing, a guest concierge, and local recommendations.
Your account
You’re responsible for your account and for the accuracy and legality of what you publish. Keep your login secure.
Pricing & billing
- Fold costs $3.99 per published guide, per month (or the annual equivalent), billed through Stripe. Each additional published guide adds to your subscription.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time — your guides stay live until the end of the paid period.
- We don’t offer refunds for amounts already paid. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you add. You grant us the licence needed to host, display, translate, and back up your guides so we can run the service. You’re responsible for having the rights to any content and for any guest data you enter — don’t upload anything unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
AI features
AI-assisted drafting, the concierge, and translations are provided as-is and can be inaccurate. Please review AI output before relying on it. You remain responsible for the information in your guide.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse Fold — no illegal activity, abuse, attempts to break or overload the service, or scraping. We may suspend accounts that do.
Guests
Guests use guides at their own discretion. Information in a guide is provided by the host, not by Fold.
Availability & liability
We work hard to keep Fold running but can’t guarantee it’s always available or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fold is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Termination
You can stop using Fold at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes fall under the courts of Dubai.
Changes
We’ll post updates here with a new date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
